help with error code

I get the following error code and I'm not sure how to proceed. I've downloaded books before with no problem. This one downloads at a .pdb file and when I try to add it to my digital editions library, I get the following error code:

9781101211984-pdb.v1(5).pdf:
IO Error on local file open

ADE cannot read .pdb file (admittedtly the error message could be better).
