E_URLLINK_AUTH means the signature (the auth param) is incorrect.  This can happen because of a configuration error, or perhaps the URL is being truncated (the auth param is the last element).

It is probably truncated because the orders were submitted by means of mail with the URL inside. We'll try no sending the .acsm files instead for proofing.

Effectively, users were using the "link" in Hotmail accounts instead of copying the order URL. So if you generate a mail with the string order (with link associated) and send it to a Hotmail the link will be truncated. This behaviour is not presented in Yahoo or Gmail (it prevents using link an requires user copy and paste the URL)
