Kobo eReader Authorization Issue

I received a Kobo eReader for Christmas, and I love it.....except that I can't see ebooks checked out of the library. I can see them on my PC, but not on the eReader.

I have done the following:

• uninstalled ADE
• reset my Kobo eReader to factory settings
• reinstalled ADE
• authorized both my PC and Kobo eReader
• reloaded my eBook library onto my Kobo eReader
• waited 24 hours, as suggested in previous forum posts

I am still not able to read the library ebook on my Kobo eReader.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you ever get a response to this?  I'm having the same issues and I have no clue what to try any more.

I am having a similar problem.  I can get the books onto my reader, but it puts it on the reader, and not my memory card, and replaces the existing books on my reader.  If you find a soltution let me know.
