I'd be interested in hearing about any error checking reports people use in RoboHelp, or advanced techniques that help them ensure the quality of their helps.

Yes, JR Directory Printer and ExamDiff. Their functions should be self-evident from their names.

In addition, FAR will probably be the best $40-45 you'll spend for an excellent Find&Replace tool.
