Hi,

I have to retrieve the information about the participation of users at a meeting. For that, I use the report "report-bulk-consolidated-transactions". During tests, I saw the the result set is not realtime.

In another forum I found the hint, that on hosted services, the reporting calls are processed by an secondary database, which is synced regulary.

Can anybody provide me more details about the update interval of that secondary database?

Is it every 15,30,60 Minutes?

Thanks!

Wolfgang

Yes, all API calls are directed to a backup database to ensure that the production database is unaffected by applications that might make too many calls and cause the system performance to degrade.

The database is backed-up once every 24-hours so any reports could be up to 24-hours delayed.
