How to get a non adjusted RAW image into PSE

How do you get a non adjusted image from Adobe Camera RAW into Photoshop Elements?  When I open a RAW file in ACR, the image is slightly different from the RAW (.nef) image as seen in other image viewers.  I believe the difference may be due to the default settings in ACR.  What settings correspond to no adjustments at all?

The default settings or from the flyout menu where it says

Camera Raw Defaults is the closest to a non adjusted raw file

that camera raw provides. The default settings can be changed,

so you might want to click in the flyout menu and choose Reset Camera Raw Defaults.

Other viewers such as the camera makers software, might show the file different

because it can read camera settings that camera raw doesn't read and some

          viewers aren't really color managed.

Really the idea of adobe camera raw is to make the raw file look like

you want it through using different adjustments in camera raw.

There is no way to match the appearance of other RAW viewers, nor is there any such thing as viewing a non-adjusted RAW photo. Every RAW viewer applies its own defaults.

I reset the Camera Raw Defaults as you suggested and got close to what I wanted.  I guess the rest must be the difference in viewers as you mentioned.

              Thanks,
