Is there a way to transfer Illustrator Guides to another Adobe program?

For instance, could I move the guides to Photoshop? By doing so, I can have accurate measurements made in Illustrator that I wouldn't be able to snap to in Photoshop with rasterized images.

View >> Guides >> remove check for locked guides

          Select the Guide

View >> Guides >> release guides

You can now copy them as vector paths.

Since the guides are longer than your die that can be a problem. I would shorten the guides to within your die, and then in phothsop you can paste your die & guides together.

Later you can cut and paste the guides into their own new work path, then name the path, so you can cut/cop the next one. Path 3 was a guide, but is the back panel of this package, and and path 4 is the PDP Principal Display Panel.
