Script Error in running shortcut

I got an Internet Explorer Script Error message:

Object doesn't support this property or method
mk:@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Company\Help\WorkStation.chm::/common_RoboDemo/RoboDemo_Introduction.htm

This only happens when I use:
- Windows 2000 SP4 + IE 5.5

It works fine if I use:
- Windows 2000 SP2 + IE 5.0
- Windows XP or above

That is when I run the executable file by using shortcut with the code below.
Grateful if anyone can let me know what I have missed.

Thanks,
Karen

Have you checked that your security settings are the same on each. Check Intenet Options dialog.

I haven't changed the security settings. I just used the default one.
I will double check this.
Thanks.

Do you have the .chm installed to the same drive on each? If you had it on D: on one setup this would cause the problem as well.
