Problem with Phantom Lines in Captive 5 Full Motion Recording (FMR)

Hello there

I created a FMR of a SharePoint 2010 End-User Intranet Site.

The FMR (when published in approx. 10MB) with imported voice.

When previewing the file - everything looks fine.....however, when the file is published there are phantom lines that follow the cursor.

In the past this has happend due to enlarged browser settings, etc....this time it doesn't seem to be the case.

Any ideas???  Any help?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

One possible cause could be that you are using the default setting of 16-bit for FMR-recordings. I always do set them to 32-bit to have the best quality. Can you check in the Preferences?
