E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I purchased digital book today using

http://www.docstoc.com

But while downloading I am getting the below error:

"Error getting license
License server communication problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"

I purchased the same book last year.But after formatting my machine and upgrading from windows XP to Windows7 ,I tried downloading but cudn't. I found couple of articles that said that since I had not 'Authorized the computer'  ,,there was no way to get my purchased book.

Hence today I am purchased the book again ,by making a new payment. This is the first time I am downloading the book after Windows7 has been installed on my machine.But I still get this error " E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".

Also, I purchased the book using the same account of  http://www.docstoc.com ,which I used last year.

Kindly help. I tried all ..,but unable to figure out what's happening.

I have nook color and I uninstalled ade and reinstalled

, now I can't download my books because I used too many authorizations, but no one can help with

this issue
