Very slow after publishing to my web site

I am using the trial version, and have tried publishing to my web site.  After publishing, and trying to open the file (15mb), I finally gave up after two minutes of waiting for the file to open.  Am I doing something wrong?  I was going to purchase this product to put trainig presentations on my web site, but if it is going to take this long to load, I think I need to find another program.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on here?

My method of publishing was to create all of the files on my local computer, and saved everything to a folder.  I then published that folder to my web site, and created a link to the viewer.

i have the same issue(not exactly file size is 5mb).Where is Adobe to answer this question?!
