Is it possible to find out what existing bugs in CF Builder 1 have been fixed in CF Builder 2 beta ? If so, what are they ?

At the moment: no.
However according to this - http://blogs.adobe.com/coldfusion/2011/03/04/new-public-bugbase-for-coldfusion/ - they will be importing the bugs from the old bug base at some point...
