trouble downloading

When I try to down load this one book, I get this error "No record for this loan is found on this machine, it may have been returned". I didborrow this book before, but it expired. I did delete all the previous files, but it still will not let me download it. Could the time stamp be off, as I have tried to do this numerous times.

ADE files from a library will have information relating to its loan period,

and it may be 'off' because you borrowed the book previously. You should

ask the librarian whether they have seen this problem before. I don't think

it's YOUR ADE problem....
