I have a pdf sent by e-mail which I can not fill in,

I need to fill this form in and send it back as a pdf, how can I do this,, also can not see how to upload the e-mail to adobe.com

You cannot fill a PDF form from Adobe Reader unless the PDF gets rights enabled (Basic form fill option enabled via Reader Extensions).
