can you send a support request with the additional information from the publisher portal. On the landing page under Helpful Links there is one called "Email us".
Please include
the file name you were using when you tried the upload
approximate time when you tried it
the appId of the application
We have seen a few requests failing and one of them could be yours. Can you please double-check that all icons that are specified in the application descriptor XML file are indeed packaged in the .air file.
