query result search

I have a search page which then posts the results to the next page. I want to sort the results by the headers but I keep receiving the following error: "Element BLDG_AREA is undefined in FORM." My query results are working just fine. What am I missing?

CF code cannot be embedded in defaults like that -- and it is best to avoid magic values like '12'.

Remove the hidden inputs for bldg_area and bldg_type. They are not needed with the attached code...
