When I am using Adobe Digital Editions and am trying to move a ebook that I borrowed from the library to my e-reader, i receive this error message. " Error Getting License - License server communication problem - E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"

I have chatted directly with support and they could not help.  Any suggestions?
