55 digit-number ID

Hi

During activation, a unique identification code is created that represents an individual product key and the hardware configuration of my PC. It is a 55 digit-number ID that I can get if I activate by email or through call. But if I did it by Internet, I didn't see it.
Where I can find it so ?

You don't get to see it but you shouldn't need it. If you are reinstalling, just activate again. Otherwise if you explain why you need the number, perhaps we can explain what you need to do.

I read in the FAQ that I need it to contact the customer support (if I transfer a licence for exemple or if I have some problem during reactivation

The number they will want is the serial number, not the activation number. It will begin RHO13.
