As I understand the wizard, if I have an item in my topic the wizard will automatically mark it as a glossary item. Is this not the case??

Hi Janice

Indeed that's how it works. You define terms and definitions in the Glossary pod. Then run the wizard. The wizard scans your topics for instances of the terms and creates DHTML expanding hotspots to present the definitions.

Hi Rick,

It's just not doing it. Says it doesn't find any occurrences of the term,

although it's in the topic!! Now, there's a dash surrounded by spaces in

the term. Does that matter?? I can drag the term from the pod, edit the

definition and it updates the term in the project. It just isn't finding

the term in the first place.  ???

Hi Janice

Indeed I can see where spaces would could most likely confuse the wizard. Not sure what to suggest for that.
