Error opening ADE

My ADE worked fine until a few days ago. Now when I open it I get a message:  "Resume Pending Tasks". If I click "OK" I then get the E_ADEPT_10 message. I have deleted and reinstalled ADE with the same results. What should I try?

HI,

Regsrding the error message that you are getting you may try following steps.

Solution) Delete following folder from your computer and then try to open Digital Editions.

C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\My Documents\My Digital Editions\restore.

Now open Digital Editions
