I had my computer cleaned and need to unregister the CS3 Master Collection to Reinstall it

I recently had my computer cleaned and need to unregistered the CS3 Master collection I had on it so i can reinstall the program again because adobe says I have to many computers registered. This cant be true because I cant use it on my computer anymore. What is going on please help. You have all been great. Thanks for your help in the past!!
