ERROR GETTING LICENSE SERVER COMMUNICATION PROBLEM E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

I bought a book off of borders yesterday and everytime I try and download to digital editions I get this msg! I have no idea what this means or how I can fix it! Im quite bad with tech stuff so if anyone has any idea how to help me I would greatly appreciate it!

Most likely the clock on your computer is off.  If you search in the support area for E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED, you will find a tech note with troubleshooting steps.
