How to turn off the Stretch Alignment feature?

There is no "stretch alignment" option for text, so I'll assume you mean either justified alignment or horizontal scaling.

If you're getting big gaps between words, change your alilgnment from "Justified" to "Left"

If letters themselves are getting stretched, make sure horizontal alignment is set to 100% and nothing higher.

If these are both set correctly and the words themsleves are getting stretched, you may have scaled the text block itself using the Scale tool. Easiest thing to do is delete the text block and add the text into a newly created text block.

Avoid scaling any text blocks with the Scale tools as this will also distort the text. If you just need to make the text block larger or smaller, use the Pointer tool, and drag any one of the four control points of the selected text object.

Hi, one question: I use the FW CS6 version and no have the stretch alignment option. Is there in other place, or this option is no more available. In this case how can I stretch the text as it did this option.

This will work in CS6:

1. 1 - Select the Type Tool by clicking on the icon or pressing T
2. 2 - Select your text
3. 3 - Press Ctrl + Shift + J (Mac: Cmd + Shift + J) on your keyboard.
