Record black and white video

I am developing a live video recording application and my application have black and white mode recording feature, So please give me some idea about black and white recording.

I dont know whether this comes in FMS domain per se - because FMS does not do any processing on video - i would suggest you to post in Flash Authoring or FLash Player forums if there is way to do what you want to do.
