I was using Partner Printing with great luck; then started shopping because of freight charges from west coast. Started using 4-Over, but am just recovering from a very bad experience with them. 2500 trifolds arrived at my clients office unfolded; 4-Over told me to get them folded myself and send them the bill.... then they told me they'd reprint right away.... this was last Monday. They've yet to ship... I told them what they can do with 2500 brochures... never again! I should've known better. Their customer service group is the most confused bunch of CSR's I've ever dealt with; apparently they have problems communicating with each other, let alone with their customers. One story after another, none of which were accurate or true. I'm thoroughly disgusted in disbelief how a company can survive with service this poor.
