how to handle link to Remote Desktop

How do you handle a link to remote desktop--it's to a server that the user needs to use in the event of a shutdown to a system.

Are you saying you need to create a link to a Remote Desktop? Like a shortcut or something?

1. Connect to the service termination PI server through Remote Desktop by double-clicking the following server names.

Then there is a list of six server names, which are embedded objects, to double-click on.

Well, not really. I'm guessing what you posted is part (or all) of a RoboHelp topic that is advising the user as to how they would connect to the service termination PI server?

And maybe you wish to provide a link for them to click from the HTML page that would somehow open something? At least that's how I'm reading it.
