I have a project i made in Flash Catalyst. When i export it to AIR and run the executable there is a silver bar at the bottom of the window.does anyone know how to remove the silver bar at the bottom of the window? It is covering up my player controls... here is a screen shot.

The bar does not appear when i run the .swf file created when exporting the FC poject. it only appears when
the .exe file is run. Does anone know here i find the skin to modify the look of the .exe file?

I forgot to mention that i am taking the FC file in to Flash Builder. I convert to Flex Desktop Project (runs in Adobe AIR). Then i change the framRate and save the project. next, i export the release build and its creates an Adobe AIR package. when i install the AIR i get the typical files in a folder.
assets
META-INF
Main.css
Main.swf
Main_1.css
mimetype
Main.exe
The .swf file will not run.
The .exe file is the one with the silver bar at the bottom.
when i export from Flash Catalyst the .exe file does not do this. it is only when i export from Flash Builder to the AIR package...Any ideas?

hi !
This silver bar at the bottom of your Air Animation is a default component Skin for windowed applications, to desactivate it just insert "showStatusBar="false"
at the beginning of your MXML Main file.
Exemple :
<s:WindowedApplication xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009"
xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark"
xmlns:mx="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx"
height="360" width="654"
backgroundAlpha="0"
showStatusBar="false">
This line work fine for my desktop application.
(This works!)
