no audio when presenting

Hello,

I recorded audio in ppt with adobe presenter and publish it to adobe connect.

When I open uploaded file in the management console with given url, I can hear the recording. However, when sharing it inside a meeting, it says "no audio".

Anybody experienced this issue?
