RoboHelp forum - Search function not working?

Hi all,

I am just wonderung, am I the only one who cannot use the forum search? No matter what term I enter, the search always yields 0 results.

I've just learned that a repair is under way but all the forums have to be re-indexed so it might take a few days before it is all back to normal.

I hope they fix the search function soon. Should we report this (where?)?

I believe I saw something that indicated that they were working on it

The people responsible are well aware of the problem and are working on it. It is proving more difficult to fix than expected. No need to report it.

Hi, Peter -

Just wondering if you have had any update from the site operators on this issue?  There is a lot of great content in these forums, but it is difficult (if not impossible) to find without the search function.

Sorry but all I know is that they have taken this up with the company that provides the software used. I have no idea when it is going to be fixed.

Likely you will have the best luck using Google and opting for the advanced search.
