Populate dropdown list from bound textfields

I believe in the scheme of things I would be considered a novice in regards to livecycle, thus help with this question would be much appreciated.

I have develped a form in live cycle where text fields are bound so that they are reproduced within other sections. ( this works well). I am now at a point where I want to produce a dropdown list which is populataed from the data created wihtin the bound text fields. Any suggestions would be appreciated, please note that I am note a programmer.

Not sure I follow can you elaborate or put up an example so we can see what you are trying to do?

Sorry for the confusion, just shows how much of a novice I am.

No longer an issue because I have reconfiured the form to achieve my goal.
