uninstall Flash Builder 4 beta on Mac

I attempted to install Flash Builder 4 Standalone in Mac OS 10.6, and it won't let me proceed because it detects an existing pre-release installation. The dialog instructed me to uninstall the previous version, which I did in the usual way for Mac users (i.e. dragged it to the trash), and subsequently learned I was supposed to run the uninstaller application.  But now of course I have no uninstaller.  Is it possible to download the uninstaller, or to manually remove any remaining components?

That did it.  Also fixed a minor annoyance where Dreamweaver would hang on an empty dialog at startup.
