Colin Brougham Apr 29, 2011 5:01 AM (in response to juskocf)If you're ramping, no, not easily. As you've found, using Time Remapping unlinks the audio from the video and only changes the speed/duration of the video segment. The audio segment will not be affected at all.
Using the standard Speed/Duration modification (right-click or Clip menu), you can alter the speed of the audio as well as the video. However, this modification is not keyframeable, so you can't create ramps (e.g. 100% to 50% to 200%). If I remember correctly, the Speed/Duration modification uses a different algorithm than Time Remapping, so the results will be a little different. However, it's the only to change the speed of the audio and video together in Premiere. Dynamic Linking to After Effects might be your best bet if you need the audio retimed along with the video.
