Updated to 3.4, and using adjustment brush increases noise in image.

Just installed the 3.4 update, and I'm seeing a bug.  I have a bunch of images taken at 1600 iso of a band concert in an auditorium.  When using the adjustment brush to lower the exposure on some of the faces, I'm getting blocks of noise around where I used the brush.   It looks as though I increased the exposure by 2 stops or so, and the noise has increased quite a bit.  If I zoom in on the image, the image is re-rendered and looks okay.  It's impossible to edit the image, however, since the apparent exposure is so affected.  Sometimes this problem will affect the whole image, but I'm going to post an example where it affects a smaller area around where I made the ajustment.  It does not matter the setting of the adjustment brush--anything will affect the photo.  I have submitted a bug report.
