Hi, First Flash Player and Air for the mobile phones are available from the Android Market. Now both Adobe sites show that the
phone you have are certified for Flash Player from there.
What site on Adobe did you find saying that Flash Player was not available for your phone? I've checked two sites that were updated on 4/4/11 and they both say that it is.
Why it isn't working I don't know. Here are a couple of links that you may want to check. One is a blog.

Sometimes the Carrier may have additional information that may be helpful.

You're replying to a three-year-old question with an answer that is no longer relevant, because there is no more Flash Player for Andriod... period.
