I have an on-going Form/survey and like to export data from it.( It is possible to close the Form for some time to do the export, if needed.)
When the Form was created we made some test case that we wanted to remove before the Form was opened for responders.
However only the cell values, not the entire rows, were deleted and they stiil appear in the Form.
In those cells is a red ! sign which may come of the fact that all values are mandatory.
However I am a bit scared in front of exporting the data due to those cells.
What do you suggest?
Is it possible to do copy of the form with all values and export from that one instead?
All you knowledge is welcome
You don't need to worry about those cells when you do your export. They will just show up as empty cells in the exported Excel file. Exporting doesn't change the data you see on the "View Responses" tab (so nothing bad can happen)
Just go to File -> Export Responses, and select Excel (export all cells).
Hope this helps
That helps and get me in better mode.
