problems with the combination of ordered and unordered lists

In Indesign I made a list with numbers and bullets (numbers at the first level and bullets at the second level).

In Adobe Digital Editions I get only numbers (two levels) when I export to Epub in CS4 or CS5.

Is this a bug or is it not possible in CS4 or CS5?
