Image problem with HTML 6

When I try to print images (screen shots) while working in RoboHelp, they come out upside-down and backward; this is using a HP Laserjet 4250 PCL 6. I can print compiled RoboHelp topics just fine, however; also, I can print on other printers on the network.

I tried deleting and re-installing the printer, but that didn't work.

Suggestions?

thanx,

Lon

Do you mean "Image problem with RoboHelp HTML 6"?

See Snippet 80 on my site.

Hi, Peter!

Thanks for responding. Similar problem, but I

looked at my Adobe Acrobat as closely as I could,

but could see no mention of an "Amyuni" driver or anything of that sort...

Did you try the last item and change the templates?

Hi Peter!

I clicked on "this link" in the sentence:

Marguerite Quijas advised me that installing the

templates that can be found by clicking

<http://www.adobe.com/go/4cf80b20>this link solved the problem for her.

... but got a "This Page Not Found" page...

I guess Adobe have removed it.

Try creating a new project with just a few images and see what happens. Post back the result.

A bit more poking around shows that was a fix for X5 anyway.

... and more poking around found this old thread where someone with the same printer had the problem. It seems to confirm the issue is the driver.

This link will take you to HP's site where you can download the latest driver.
