Has anyone been successful in installing Groovy-Eclipse in Flash Builder. I am currently using Flash Builder 4.5 and starting to work with Groovy. Any help would be nice.

Thanks,

Nate

It looks like you are trying to install the Eclipse 3.7 based Groovy-Eclipse into Eclipse 3.6.

What problem are you having?  Please include any relevant errors from the error log or from the p2 installer.

Right seems that this is my only error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: Groovy-Eclipse M2E integration 1.0.0.201102251618 (org.codehaus.groovy.m2eclipse.feature.group 1.0.0.201102251618)
  Missing requirement: Groovy-Eclipse M2E integration 1.0.0.201102251618 (org.codehaus.groovy.m2eclipse.feature.group 1.0.0.201102251618) requires 'org.maven.ide.eclipse 0.0.0' but it could not be found

Seems like it has something to do with the Groovy-Eclipse Source Feature.

Uncheck the m2eclipse integration feature.  That is for integration with the maven-eclipse plugin, which is not installed in your Eclipse.  From the error message you posted, it doesn't look like there is anything wrong with the source feature.  But, you can try unchecking that as well if it is preventing you from installing.

Thanks,

So I unchecked the maven integration but when trying to run the install I got:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: Groovy-Eclipse Feature 2.1.3.xx-20110505-1900-e37 (org.codehaus.groovy.eclipse.feature.feature.group 2.1.3.xx-20110505-1900-e37)
Missing requirement: JDT Core patch for Groovy-Eclipse plugin 2.1.3.xx-20110505-1900-e37 (org.codehaus.groovy.jdt.patch.feature.group 2.1.3.xx-20110505-1900-e37) requires 'org.eclipse.jdt.feature.group [3.7.0,3.7.1)' but it could not be found
  Cannot satisfy dependency:
    From: Groovy-Eclipse Feature 2.1.3.xx-20110505-1900-e37 (org.codehaus.groovy.eclipse.feature.feature.group 2.1.3.xx-20110505-1900-e37)
    To: org.codehaus.groovy.jdt.patch.feature.group [2.1.3.xx-20110505-1900-e37]

This is really the error I been seeing. I guess the other one just came from the Maven part.
