E_ADEPT_IO ActivationServiceInfo Error%20#2032 is the message i'm recieving, try again doesn't work and cancel closes the application. gives me no other option and no way to fix it

Me too.  And customer service (HA) does not respond. 

I have had this Adobe Digital ...since February 25 and have not yet been able to use it at all.

tell the customer what the numbered error message means and what to do about

it?

i agree. there should be a list outt there with all the error messages and what they mean. this one doesn't seem to exist otherwise
