Help! I have been updating my reader this week and have had several problems. In the process, I think I've overdone my amount of devices. As now it will not authorize on my computer at all. How do I reset this??? Please help, I have many library books out there that I need to get to. Thank you.
PS I called customer service, buy it appears they don't offer support for "free" products on the phone.

Other folks have been able to call Adobe and get their counts reset. Good
