7.0.6 Adobe Presenter update

Still trying to find a solution to the problem of losing audio files when I open my power point presentations. Spent over an hour on the phone with tech support only to have my call dropped...no call back. Just tried to download the 7.0.6 patch (04/2011) and got a message that my version of Adobe presenter would not support the patch. Anyone know why that might be? I have really just about had it...I have project deadline coming up and I've been fighting with this software for months.

I'm not sure what version you have but for now you have to install the patches in order. I suspect you are not using 7.05 but maybe 7.03 and were trying to upgrade to 7.06. You have to download all the patches and run them one after another. Here are the files:
