Editor hangs in Windows 7

This has started happening a lot more. Just coding away when all of a sudden FB hangs. Sometimes I can wait five minutes and it will eventually free up. Other times, not so much and I have to kill the process and lose my edits. This last time it happened to bring up the intellisense before hanging, and, well, you can see the results below:

The next time your editor hangs, can you please take a jstack dump? (Instructions here: http://dev.day.com/content/kb/home/cq5/CQ5SystemAdministration/TakeThreadDump.html)

This will let us know where Flash Builder is stuck at.
