hi,

When i try to create a new webhelp ssl i get the following message ' an error has occurred while trying to save data to <c:\robohelp\pensionproducts\rhlayout.apj> <5>'.  I click ok and message reappears a couple of times.  It will then let me create a layout but keeps bringing this message up.  When one of my colleagues gets latest version it is not showing on their machines.  Any ideas?  I did have a corrupt profile which got fixed.  I'm able to publish an existing webhelp ssl but not create or duplicate one.

Thanks,

Hello

Welcome to Adobe Forums

You have not mentioned the version of Robohelp and the operating system that you are working upon.

Try to update robohelp.

- launch Robohelp

- Click Help > Updates

- if any update is available, update Robohlep to the latest version and observe the issue is still there or not

Hope it helps

Thanks

Vishal
