VikramSethi May 16, 2011 3:44 AM (in response to ipolistrat)Hello,
It is unfortunate that you are experiencing this problem. Are you also getting the "kuler klash" error, as reported in the other forum discussion?
Thanks,

ipolistrat May 16, 2011 4:02 AM (in response to VikramSethi)Nope, I'm not even getting that far. I can't past the login screen, the colors just spin. For days. Ive cleared browser caches, flash caches, changed passwords, upgraded cs5 to cs5.5, nothing seems to work.

I just tried signing into kuler and was able to. Can you try out the kuler AIR app and confirm if you are able to login from it?
Thanks,

PixelMuse May 18, 2011 1:41 PM (in response to ipolistrat)I too am dealing with a simlar issue. I can log in in the AIR app but not on the browser. I must agree that it has been like that for quite a while.
However it doesn't seem to effect me in the Adobe suite, I find I don't even get a login prompt for those, perhaps that is the issue itself. But I was able to use it without logging. Though it would be nice to access my favorites from there.

ipolistrat May 18, 2011 3:39 PM (in response to PixelMuse)That's exactly what's happening for me, the panel works in applications, but I can't create or link palletes to my account, because I can't login through a browser.

Neha Sirohi May 20, 2011 4:28 AM (in response to ipolistrat)Hello All,
Beginning with Flash Player10.3, Local storage settings let users specify whether websites can store information using Flash Player. The login issues that you are facing can be because “kuler.adobe.com” website is blocked from using local storage on your computer.
So,if you have installed Flash Player 10.3 on your computer, please make sure to allow the use of local storage for “kuler.adobe.com” on the list of sites using local storage in Flash Player settings manager. To access the local Flash Player Settings Manager:
Windows: click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Flash Player
Macintosh: System Preferences (under Other) click Flash Player
For more information on Flash Player Setting Manager, please refer the following links:

ipolistrat May 24, 2011 10:38 AM (in response to Neha Sirohi)It actually worked. I went into the Flash settings and allowed 100KB of storage (not 10) and reset and I just logged in!
Thanks so much!
