Hi, can anyone help me with this question?

I try to open the ebook in ADE, but I keep getting this notification: "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER”. (communication problem with license server)

I authorized the right ID, so I'm supposed to be able to download the books, but it keeps getting denied.

The 'communication problem with license server' part of the message is

telling you that ADE can't continue because the server is having a problem.

If this persists, I'd call Adobe and see if they have a workaround...
