Can you describe more of what you are trying to accomplish - do you just

want the slides to run through without stopping? Why do you want all the ppt

slides on a single Cp slide?

Hi Allen, Because I want to move the slides in one single timeline, add effects, a background... and then export it in a single swf file.

thanks

Hi there

Sounds like you want something similar to what Techsmith Camtasia provides.

If so, the way you do this is to configure your PowerPoint to play in a window. Then use Captivate's Full Motion Recording feature to surround the playback area and record the slide show as a full motion recording.

Cheers... Rick

Kk - the only way I can think to do it easily is to use the export to fla

feature in eLS. (this may be there in Cp as well, don't recall off hand.)

Make sure backgrounds are checked. Ignore the fla that is generated, just

find the folder with all the resources. You should find a set of swfs called

'mypresentation_slide_n.swf - where mypresentation = the name of your

original slide deck. So steps are as follows.

1. create new project from ppt in cp

2. export project to fla

3. find the special slide swfs in the resulting published fla editable

project folder.

Now you can import the swfs (which are in effect your original ppt slides as

many as you like onto a traditional slide and lay them out however you like.

Hope that helps,
