Could you please explain? Normally all slides in a Captivate project are exported to one SWF-file if that is the publishing option you choose. There is an accompanying HTML-file and JS-file. If you want all functionalities to be preserved, you use the HTML-file that calls the JS-file (for interactions like right-clicks) and starts the SWF. So you should see that I cannot give you an answer because I do not understand the question.
