Why does auto-created TOC contain duplicate nested folders?

I'm using RH8 HTML and importing a FM9 .book. The auto-created TOC contains duplcate nested forders. I can manually remove the duplicate folders and build the TOC structure I want, but what am I doing wrong to generate the nested folders generated in the first place?

This should be in the FM integration thread - anyways, is the ToC generated in FM and being pulled into the RH project or are you creating it within RH?

TOC created within RH using the "Auto-create TOC..." command.

As far as I can recall, that tool just scours your Project Manager structure and builds ToC entries based on the topics it finds there. Are there duplicated folders in there? I assume that you selected the "wipe ToC and start fresh" flag when you told the auto-create tool to run?

OK, that's got it I cleared the "Create TOC pages for mid-topic links (bookmarks)" and it has removed the duplicates.
