Serial key error

Hello,

I have used FB4 trial. Now I have serial key to activate it. When I entered serial key, program said ok, and it worked. But then I closed FB4 and tried to open it again. I saw the same serial key dialog and it asked for key again. And this time it didn't work. I get „This serial number is not valid for this product“ message.

My trial ended some time ago. So please help - I can't work.

I tired reinstall and change to diferent language, but it didn't work. I even try to install FB4.5 version - the same result.

Hi,

Can you please try the following

1. Uninstall FB

2. Install and run the cleaner tool from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/829/cpsid_82947.html

3. Restart machine and install FB again by giving the serial number you have.

If you still face the issue, please send the serial number and the log files - amt3.log and oobe.log files (under %temp% in Win /tmp in Mac) - to deeptika at adobe dot com
