What is "RoboHelp Word COM addin" for Microsoft Word?

HI,

I can't find a solution anywhere!

A few months ago, I was able to create a PDF using Acrobat Professional 8 >> Create PDF from file, and then I suddenly could not. On Adobe's site, I found that I needed to re-enable this particular addin, which was disabled during Word updates. http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/401/kb401734.html

While correcting this issue, I noticed that I have a RoboHelp Word COM addin listed in the Word Addin screen and it is ALSO disabled.  Does anyone know what this addin is for and if it should be enabled? (and more importantly, why is it disabled!)

My apologies..........not my first post, so I know this, but I was in a rush.........

Thanks, I reviewed your link.........but I don't SEEM to have any errors, and generating a .docx file from RH files are okay....

I can manipulate the file in Word and save it as normal, and create a PDF.
